- A statue of Mielikki facing the water. Krix saw the code to the magical font once we got the water to stop churning. Nia Moonwhisper and Jeremy were attacked by a creature under the water.

- I play as Krix, doing 5 damage to one of the baddies. Then Nia Moonwhisper casts Hold Person and Krix is held.

- It's about 7pm by the time we arrive at a bridge over a large creek that connects back to the River Durn. The road changes to nicer roads.

- Krix buys a magic ring and uses his panoptic lorniette identify it. It makes the wearer feel attractive. It has enchantment, abjuration, evocation, and a fourth school of magic that isn't clear.

- Krix hides up in the belltower to catch the monster by disguise. Launches an arrow with deadly speed - 11 piercing! The monster is resistant to piercing though...
- At breakfast, we see Red the Lumber Buyer having breakfast. He lies to Krix about not knowing about the people going missing in/around Gloomsedge. Can't tell if he's just trying to get rid of Krix or something else.
- Hubert is sad because Magic Mike is mad at him for selling the butterfly dagger to me for such a steep discount. Krix gives a motivational speech and Hubert gets over it to join the team.

- Portreeve Vidian Revanen says he can't figure out what's up with the crystals they took from us (on the stave from Glanduin Island)
- I use the Panoptic Lorgniette on Krix's behalf to use the Identify spell on the crystal we got from . It does in fact hold a small amount of Free Magic. It also holds abjuration, evocation, and enchantment magic. It appears to function as a reservoir - similar to the big one on Glanduin Island.
