Zaithar finds a book about the planes
- Not a lot of information on the Demon Wheel
- Appears like Demon Wheel is everything chaotic and bad - sort of the outlands as compared to the material plane, Feylands, Shadowlands. Demon wheel is sort of like a category of planes, which are constantly changing according to this author. People have reported going to these planes but they all sort of report different things.
- This author believes there's one plane, Pizazu that seems to be more accesible. Reports even of cities in those places. Portals might exist in material plane, Feylands, and Shadowlands.
- Sometimes a person or creatures will find a way to weave the Free Magic in order to do something.
- Known portals to the Demon Wheel are typically forced closed.
- Cults etc have opened new portals over time.
- When the world was created, they first created the material plane
-
Panelin goes to the Administrative Offices
- Merick Drake, Vicarious is apparently in charge. Very nerdy dude.
- He takes Pan up to the library.
- Finds a book called The Drow You Know
- Drow are a subspecies of elf who live underground in the Underdark. They speak Undercommon
- Deep Gnomes also live in the Underdark
- Some above ground Gnomes also trade with the Drow, but its risky.
- They follow Lolth, the spider goddess
- They are sensitive to sunlight. Don't spend time in society above ground.
- There are various houses of Drow. Lots of political intrigue, backstabbing, infighting, etc.
- The different houses have specializations of all different sorts.
- Lolth plays them against each other.
- The wild elves fear them. Drow are like wild elf boogymen.
- Constantly looking for power in any form - super power hungry.
- They are matriarchal - men are subservient or enslaved by the women.
- Pan asks Merick about books on Free Magic. He seems shocked.
